Possible Blood Angels List

Well folks I've decided to put the Custodes on hold for a while. I've been tooling around with going back to my first love. That would be Blood Angels. I have always enjoyed the fluff behind this army and look forward to getting a nice looking army on the field.

Here is a list that I have come up with that I think plays to the strengths of the codex and is competitive without being overly "beardy".

HQ: Mephiston, Lord of Death (1#, 250 pts)
Troops: Assault Squad (10#, 245 pts)
      7 Assault Squad
      1 Assault Marine with Meltagun
      1 Assault Marine with Flamer
1 Sergeant (Infernus Pistol x1; Power Fist x1)
Troops: Assault Squad (10#, 245 pts)
      7 Assault Squad
      1 Assault Marine with Meltagun
      1 Assault Marine with Flamer
1 Sergeant (Infernus Pistol x1; Power Fist x1)
Troops: Assault Squad (10#, 245 pts)
      7 Assault Squad
      1 Assault Marine with Meltagun
      1 Assault Marine with Flamer
1 Sergeant (Infernus Pistol x1; Power Fist x1)
Elite: Sanguinary Priest (3#, 285 pts)
1 Sanguinary Priest in Power Armour (Jump Pack; Melta Bombs; Power Sword)
1 Sanguinary Priest in Power Armour (Jump Pack; Melta Bombs; Power Sword)
1 Sanguinary Priest in Power Armour (Jump Pack; Melta Bombs; Power Sword)
Fast Attack: Baal Predator (1#, 150 pts)
1 Baal Predator @ 150 pts (Dozer Blade; Heavy Bolter)
Fast Attack: Baal Predator (1#, 150 pts)
1 Baal Predator @ 150 pts (Dozer Blade; Heavy Bolter)
Heavy Support: Dreadnought (1#, 140 pts)
1 Dreadnought @ 140 pts (Twin Linked Lascannon; Missile Launcher)
Heavy Support: Dreadnought (1#, 140 pts)
1 Dreadnought @ 140 pts (Twin Linked Lascannon; Missile Launcher)

Total Roster Cost: 1850

Ok, first off the Sang Priest go in the assault squads giving them a bit more punch. Having three in there allows me not to have to worry about are the squads inside the bubble or not. I know they are a bit expensive considering they are one wound ICs, but I think that they can work and be a big pain to the opponent. The dreads some folks think are a waste of points. they are slow, in an otherwise fast moving army, and only AV12 when most of the heavy support slots are AV13, and dakka preds are much cheaper. I belive that they are the real surprise here. They give the list some much needed long range punch and if I need them to tie up a squad I can.

Let me know what ya think....
